Where can I get new 5th gear syncro for current tranny?
ok, does your car still have the 525 trans in it? and what part of the syncro do you need? just the bronze/brass ring? or the whole syncro assy,hub and slider?
Haven't had a day off to tear in to it yet since it started grinding, I guess probably the whole assembly so I have what I need when I tear in to it, whenever I manage to get another day off. Yes, it still has the original 525 tranny in it. I'm missing driving it already and it's only been a week. I'd rather drive it than my 2013 Dart.
You can change the entire 5th gear assembly in the car, just have to pull the side cover off.
I read that on the forum, but where can I get a fifth gear assembly?
I'm sure someone has a parts tranny.
I am sure i would have one for u.. no clue what a fair price would be. and if u havent found one and u have an idea what it is worth to u i will dig through my stash..
Joe I'll double check, but I think I had to source one for my car a while ago and don't think I have a spare. I'll be in the garage tomorrow and look.

i have an entire 5th gear syncro setup, also have the gears too (5th speed and driven) let me know if you still want/need them.
Anyone that has one let me know on a price. I miss my little toy.
ok, i'll play the game. just the syncro brass ring 25.00. whole syncro assy (hub,slider brass ring and thin metal plate for the end) 75.00 all prices plus shipping.
