    86 horizon 4 lug to 5

I wanting to know what junk yard parts I need to make my 4lug horizon 5 bolt on I hope.
And would like rear disc but not necessary. Thanks

I would put big brakes on the front before I worry about rear disc.

the best performance brake setup for an L body would be 1989+ solid rear disc and 1989 Shelby Daytona 11" front brakes (requires the knuckles) with a 24mm master cylinder and a conservative prop valve (A body w rear disc instead of G body w rear disc). The Omni is so light in the back end that the rear drums from a big car like a dynasty would be satisfactory in anything short of all out racing. vented rear discs are nice, but they do present a slight weight penalty and are better suited to a heavier car or one that sees a good rear end load (like a K wagon, dynasty or van).

I used SC knuckles for the 5 lug conversion in the front. The hub bearing is wider on any of the 5 lug knuckles vs the 4 lug setup. I used daytona parts for the rear drum setup. If you use something other than an l body knuckle you'll have to do some modifications to get enough negative camber. Too bad you aren't local to me I have the whole chassis for sale for $400.
