The long one goes over the belcrank on the clutch pedal (I never put them back)

The small one looks like the pin retainer for the brake pedal to brake rod. I would check that one before driving it.
its not, that clip was replaced when i put in the booster and its still on there, its slightly different the the one in the picOriginally Posted by wallace

The pedal shaft is a regular C-clip on that end. At least on every one ive ever seen.
