I put a cat on mine when I redid the exhaust. Made it 3". And used a Monza tip. NO real muffler.
    (not even a baby one)
But its not loud. Cat must work to soften the exhaust noise.

    Re: T3 GTP build

I run a cat simply because it improves the tone of the exhaust and helps reduce drone. They don't eat as much power as people think...at least the modern hi-flow ones. Pure racing car...who cares? As long as it's less than 90dB from 50', it's good! (A lot of road race and some autocross have noise restrictions)

Powder coating parts are finished! It took 6 weeks but I hope it's worth it. Only put is behind schedule a week or two. Now for the assembly to begin next week.

That thing looks killer! Where are the radiators in these cars? I was thinking you should mount the waterbox upside so it points to the rear, but I guess I have no idea where the radiator is.

Thanks! Rad is in the rear tail just below the black lip in my car. It's about 6 feel wide and 12" tall

Cool, then my comment stands. Having the water box point the right direction should make coolant hose fitment much easier.

Did you have those parts powder coated or ceramic coated? I would figure it would be ceramic coating since they are high temp parts.

If you know where to get more of them, you should buy them all and hoard them away. I hear these are rare.
