Changed the front pads in 3 minutes. Wow that setup is awesome! Pull the top pin, pull the pad from the top and slide the new pad in.
Took longer to take the tire off and tighten lugs.
Money well spent on the Wilwoods

with the ease of adjustment on these and a rack I think you got taken on that. Watching your AutoX run I'd say you needed some more negative camber up front as it looked like the car was understeering a bit.
I wonder about body lean also. Enough spring or sway bar?? I need to do some testing.

400 mile road trip with the ac on today.
Getting a real alignment and spring change today at Brady's Performance Center! Going with 650 rear and 550 fronts. My 450 and 350 are way too soft
Might go 550 rear and 450 front what do you guys think?

Try this first. The 650/550 might be too firm. BUT let us know how it works out.Might go 550 rear and 450 front what do you guys think?
Not just track wise, but driving on real roads.

Didn't get it aligned yet as he ran out of time but man with 450 front and 550 rear this is a different car! Steering response is quick now. Body roll no mo.
Now it handles like a race car for the street
Ride is not floaty. Felt like a sedan with sport seats before. Feels kind it's ready for the track now. Not harsh like the stock glhs was.
During initial turn in you don't have to wait for the suspension to settle before it bites.
Damn. Without a lift it took my brother and I 3 hours to adjust the ride height last night.
Anyway car on rack this am. They took it for a test drive (without me ) and said he had to tweak it again.
That's normally a good thing when he is trying to get it perfect.
Or could be a bad thing that he can't get it dialed in.
We shall see.
Either way I have a feeling I will just be charged for a basic alignment no matter how long they spend on it.

Man that would be awesome!
I'd bet I can work it out to come down a crew for you.
This is the best opportunity to show of the TMs. Nobody else has a loophole big enough for us to fit through these days.
Should do well against other street cars there, even ones with larger engines and more power. But judging by the rules (lack of rules) its going to be won by something even lighter than a GTP. Not that winning matters much, sounds like a great time if you can manage to get an invite! And I think you can.

Yes do it!

Eventually I will. Driver must have competitive license. Which hopefully I'll have by end of next year.
While a nice car, this event has some REALLY FAST RACE CARS. I would be more competitive in the ultimate street car challenge.
This and let's see if I can get an invitation in the One Lap again or are we still BANNED?
I wonder if a 24Hours of Lemons license counts.....
