So, i want a shelby lancer, aries/reliant K wagon, or a 96-99 neon DOHC 5spd (sport, rt, or acr preferred)

I also have a 99 neon RT srt4 swap im in the ball park for getting rid of:
~75k miles on the engine,
NEW DCR t350 tranny with phantom grip lsd (prolly 700 miles on it)

Syked ECU (equate to mop stage2) with stage 2 injectors
