Calling the OVC Car Doctors! I need HELP

Ok, so most of you that have seen anything lately may or may not know that I got the skunk back earlier this year. Well, the issues it had while it was gone, are FIXED. Thank GOD! So here is my problem.

Not too long ago, I was driving and the thermostat took a ----. I went to replace it, no big deal right? Well, The bottom bolt on the housing broke off in the head. I tried to patch it with sealers and such, no dice. I went to do it right and drill the bolt and back it out with a bolt remover, and the bolt remover broke off inside the bolt! Damn IT! Now what I am looking for is any of the OVC Doctors who can swap out the head for me. Im hoping for it to be done sooner than later. Anyone have time? Please get with me. I will provide all the parts obviously and on top of a fair payment, Ill provide a case of your favorite brew!
Currently I am gathering parts for R/T " the mad scientist " to rebuild an 89 motor for me and don't want to overwhelm him. ( UNLESS you are able R/T)

    Thanks in advance,
    Steve

Well if you can get at it to drill, you might just be 2 drill bits short of victory. First get a cobalt drill bit the same size as the hole you made, which should chew through the EZ-out. Then get a bigger but a shade smaller than the bolt "reverse rotation" drill bit (GOOD parts stores, the ones the pro's go to will have these, if not, machinists supply place) and more often than not, that will spin out the bolt while you're drilling. If it doesn't and you've got it real close to the bolt size, you might be able to get the remaining threads of the bolt out with a pick, if not, it's a thin tube in there now and a slender but hard punch can be used to collapse it in on itself. "Very" needle nosed pliers can be a great help here for pulling bits out, or in some cases you can back the EZ-out out with them.
