any one figure out what the gas cap is from(some Mopar I'm sure). Mine is bad and after replacing all the fuel lines, sender, etc chasing a gas smell, I realized it was the cap.

Just got this.......
This is for the front shocks for the GTP.
QA1 acquired Carrera in 2004. The replacement for the 32 Series Carrera shocks would be the 75 Series, part number 7554.
I does say 7554 on the box, but on the shock it says Q12516....CARRERA...Made in Mexico

This is kind of a big deal to me.
I took my GTP drive axle to a very good CV axle shop.
He took it apart and measured it.
It is within 1/16" of a Caravan axle.
So why did they do the weld on piece?
Did they not realize then, that a Caravan axle was the same as they were making from what ever they made these from?
Anyway, he is rebuilding mine for $100 and also making me a new one using a quality shaft for $100.
So I will have a spare.
He said he can make the shaft from chrome moly making the cost for each axle at $400.
If the shaft is the weak point.
If the joint becomes the issue he can use 930 Porsche joints and the cost is over $1000 per axle.
Me, I am going to run these until I see any issues happening.

Thats great! Check the box on yet another easy to get part.
So when does she hit the 1320??
MinivanRider
Easy to get but buying "good" ones is not as easy.
This place builds nice quality parts, not getting the $59 import stuff.
1320?

Really....never heard of that. Must be the foot distance?

Yes feet, Im real curious what mph/ET Barbie will do with that conservatively improved 8v. I'm not bigtime enough to do say, a 500hp powerplant like SOME folks are.. :P

He didn't say, but I would think about the same years...1988-1994Is this the passenger or driver side axle that matches the caravan? or both sides? what year caravan?

BRAKES!
As you know the rear brakes are 1988 Fiero.
I wanted better rear braking so was checking into pads that would grip a little better.
Was told EBC made good ones. (A Fiero racing guy told me they love these)
Checked with the company and they looked up the part number for the "yellow"
....it is DP4325R.
Most places list the "green" but I was
told the yellow grip better and the companies that sell EBC never list it.
So am sharing what I found out.
I ordered them, should have them in a few days.

I ordered them from

If you want to change your brakes over to Wilwood.
If you change your rear spindles to std Daytona like the front you can call TCE performance in Arizona.
They made custom caliper brackets and have them filed away in their shop if Consulier owner would ever want to replicate what I have.
We know this caliper setup will clear my Enkie RFP1 16" wheels but not sure about your wheels.
The whole setup including pads was just under $2400 shipped

If you need better rear brakes, I was told these work well.
I will install them and let you know.

Drivers side drive axle is the same as a Caravan.
BUT the passenger side is not.
Its longer. They are not the same length.

Heavier springs for the Consulier if interested.

Or use the 450's for front and rear.
Stock were 350 on all points I was told.

Do we know what master cylinder we use with it? I'm guessing a 4wheel disc daytona?
