I have for sale many parts from my 89 Daytona drag car..

    1. A-413 Tranny with Peliquin differential, Billet A-904 input shaft from FWD Motion with special order Frank Lupo race converter to match. Converter only has 10-12 passes on it. Reverse manual valve body. $2400 just in custom parts. Will not separate tranny from converter because they are both 904 splined. Would recommend fresh clutches before use. A true bulletproof tranny!! - SOLD

    2. Complete SDS EM3 stand alone system with wiring , underdrive pulley and 3 bar map. - $700

    3. Complete running 1990 common block 2.2 T-IV motor with super 60 injectors. Still attached to above tranny. Balance shafts removed. Running a cast crank. - $900

    4. Complete non-common short block 2.2, machined and ready for assembly with Ross forged pistons, Turbo II rods and Clevite 77 bearings. - $800

    5. Bare non-common block. - $100

    6. Mystery non-common short block that came with the car. It is complete just no info on it. Appears to have forged pistons. - $300

    7. Turbo to side exit exhaust, behind front wheels, 3" - $75

    8. EFI axles - $75

    9. 24.5in M/T slicks on crab wheels - $150 for the pair

    10. Morosso DS-2 skinnies. 24x5 on crab wheels - $75 for the pair

1, 2 & 3 above combined were in the car and had a best of 7.88 in the 1/8 mile with 1.22 transfer gears on a 50 degree night@ 21psi. It now has stock turbo van gears and ran mid 8.20s in the 1/8th on a mid 90 degree day @ 21 psi.

Prices are pretty firm but feel free to make your best offer.. especially on the whole lot!! LOL

Would like all to be picked up, stuff is too big to mess with shipping. Located in Gates, NC 27937.

Is the bare block or mystery short block a T2? Probably the only way to tell would be checking for the cross drills in the deck.

I'll take these! PM me shipping to 48189. I don't want/need the crabs, so if you could dismount them to save shipping... If not, no big deal...

Also, is Frank Lupo with Dynamic Converters? I remember Cliff telling me something about him, but I can't remember.

Just hung up with him. 4200-4500 flash. I know it is a very efficient converter . I didn't loose any mph to stock one and gained e.t.. not to mention so much easier to drive at the tree when building boost

I use a Dynamic in mine, too. Nice small 8" converter. Very efficient, too. Slip is only around 3% in top gear. They're very good...

Re: Clearing out all my 4 cyl parts!!

He built the one Gus had bought and used in Slug. It was in there at least 12 or more years, since I've had the car now for the last 10.
I had it rebuilt by Dynamic last year and love it. He gave it all the upgrades. It is closer to 3000 stall though. Still great to race with the torquey 2.5 and also good enough for daily driving.
I averaged +28 mpg on the way out to sdac, even driving through the mountains.
I'd buy it in a heartbeat if it was closer to what I currently have. I wanted one for MeanMini, but will be trying out a PTC from FM.
Do you have a spec sheet? I'd still like to compare with mine if I can find it.
