Since I am swapping my whole brake system on my GLH to the one from a '89 Daytona Shelby, I thought it would be nice to see what is the weight difference.
No fancy scale here. I did confirm my weight 3 times and it did reproduce the same number the whole time so I consider it, consistent let's just say!

I just wrote numbers I saw on the scale, so no fancy pics to take too much bandwidth...

The Koni front are 13.5 lbs
KYB stock are 19.5 lbs

11" disk 13.5lbs
10" disk 11lbs

10" knuckle and caliper(Stock 54mm w/phenolic piston) 22lbs
11" knuckle and caliper(60 steel piston) 24.5lbs

So all in all, I lost 1 pound in the front to gain some in the back.

As for the rear,

Drum and the back plate, 12.5lbs
Disk and the back plate, 19.5 lbs
Rear caliper 5lbs.

The rear Koni and the sleeve were previously mounted on the car so I didn't check if there was a weight difference (doubt that they're must be one. Well, not like the front one)
