89 to 90 engine swap, what did I miss?!

I got fuel, spark, and compression but it won't fire up. I've set a million timing belts and obviously going to re check that but is there something I'm missing? Like does the smec not like an engine that used to be set up as a sbec?

Only the long block went in, no wiring or harness.
    Thanks

Lifters still good? Mine had one that didnt pump up on initial start up and the rocker fell off. Made an uneven cranking sound and wouldnt start.

All the important sensors should be the same... Are the injectors firing? Did you get all the grounds? If you have fuel and spark, you probably have a timing problem somewhere.

Complacency is the mother of all goof ups. I used the arrow instead of the dot for TDC on crank. Genius

    Thanks er' body
