    I was just thinking about the billet sidecovers today. I didn't realize that was yours also.

    How about some more info on the 3rd gear piston? Why oversized? Just curious if that would do anything for my next trans...

    Very nice. 1.7 is a bit too much for what I need, though.
    Yeah, you need Neon rpms to even trap 100 with those things (i also ran the numbers as soon as i saw that post..).

    The over-sized piston provides a lot more clamping force on the high gear clutches, and allows for 7 alto's. Yea there definitely made for something that rev's, Tim Kish runs them in his all motor car.

    If you were asking me how many 5-speed guys: at least 5 (including myself). I will probably be safe in saying that not a single one would want the same ratio, however.

    I've been running a custom made set of side gears comes out to a 3.93 final drive ratio with the 3.06 ring and pinion. I've got about 200 runs on them. Took the cover off today and they look fine
    So I'll soon be selling my Mopar Performance 1.22's
