    The zener diode mod.

hey guys...well, i've deicded to wanna run 16 psi of booooost...i have a 5th and 6th injector set up now...i know i only need 1 for 16....but anyways, to my qeustion..

i know i need to get a 4.3v .5 or 1 watt zener diode...but what i wanna know how it works....i think i got the main concept down...basicly, it tells the computer that your at 4.3 at your peak boost right? and it dumps off the remaining voltage? so basicly the overboost crap won't kick in..and can you run any boost you can put to it providing fuel?..i wanna know why people are getting the adjustable ones....why do you need the adjustable ones? maybe recallied cals or somethin...can someone shine some light on this? Thanks guys!

Tom i think the adjustable ones are for dialing it to within like .01 of 14.7 so it gives you as much fuel that is computer controlled as possible.
