Is there more than one 52 mm tb? Or do I just have to relocate the Vacuum nipple on the van tb?
I know there are a few different 52mm TB castings. They all have the same bolt pattern, but I am unsure of the vacuum nipple. As long as your 52 has the vacuum nipple going straight up it will work fine. You can pick a 52mm TB very cheap ($20 or less) if yours will not work.

Any 3.3 52mm TB is the same as the Turbo 46 as far as vac nipples. It's the 3.0 52's that have a different vac arrangement
Aluminum is on its way for the end cap. TB flange, and plenum tube. Im still waiting on a quote for the aluminum for the plenum flange. I will be calling them tomorrow.

I got all the plenum flange aluminum on Thursday. Its all cut to length and ready to machine.
