where exactly is this at? I think it is on the passenger side of the car where the intermediate shaft slides in Am i correct? And can i just undo the wiring connector or do i have to remove the thing all together?

Yes it has on connector going to it with 2 wires. Held in with 1 10mm bolt. Best to remove. It is so tight when the trans comes out and goes in, it's just better off that it isn't in the way.

ok sounds good.. that littlebolt looks like its going to be a royal pain. Best to use a 3/8ths with a deep 10mm?
I usually just unplug it, but if you do be careful when pulling the trans and putting it back in. I've never broken one even when being a gorilla, but I can see how it could happen.

yeah i managed to get it out without a ton of trouble. Unplugging it first definately helps alot! Dave this enginebay is so sludged up i couldnt find the bolt for the speed distance sensor. Hell i could barely find the sensor it was so grimey. Im beginning to think that my clutch was killed by the rear main leaking. My oil lines to the turbo are good,my valve cover gasket is fine. Only other things that are weeping oil a little bit is the oil pan and what i suspect to be my rear main seal. Also my power steering lines are a little bit loose so they just need some teflon tape and some torque, hehe What brand rear main seal should i purchase? felpro? rol? im unsure.any special tools needed? Lastly HOW do u replace it?
