Dean he's talking about at the head on the ATP manifold. Not the divided ports for a divided scroll turbo.

Sorry Mike I have the engine out. But compared to my old set up with the minivan manifold there should be tons of room in an L body.

Re: My SRT-4 log exhaust manifold cracked

I bought the AGP twin scroll manifold. I'm 1/4 of the way there (manifold, turbo, external wastegate, incidentals to make it work). I'm debating on getting the Delta 46 or the Zeta 2.8 duel ball bearing turbo. When I bought the manifold I was asking the guy behind the counter about both those turbos. He went in the office to get information and the person he was asking asked, "What's this going on." He replied, "An SRT-4 in a mini-van." Then I heard, "A MINI-VAN! I've got to talk to this guy!" I chatted with a fellow named Ben for about about 45 minutes. Really cool guy. I look forward to doing more business with them.

Plenty of room for the external wastegate.

I can tell you it clears the PT intake when bolting up a T-3 turbo. And since the PT is based on the Neon you would think it does. When i get the rest of my parts from AGP, if I can remember I'll ask them.

Re: My SRT-4 log exhaust manifold cracked

I just got a price from Jet Hot to coat my manifold inside and out with their 2500* coating. $315 not including shipping. I already got my combustion chambers, valves, piston tops, and exhaust runners in the head done when I put the engine together.

Re: My SRT-4 log exhaust manifold cracked

I got my manifold back from Jet-Hot today. They didn't coat the inside like I asked them to. I asked on the phone when ordering and was reassured in an e-mail that the inside WOULD be coated. This is the second order out of four Jet-Hot screwed up for me. I so want to move forward on this build and don't want to wait another two weeks to start assembling and fabricating. I'm seriously considering saying "F it" and putting it on the way it is. I already sent an e-mail but I'm going to call tomorrow to see what they're going to do about it. I'm so pissed.

    That sucks.
I hate it when you agree on one thing and then the business you are patronizing does another.

Re: My SRT-4 log exhaust manifold cracked

I talked to them today. They don't do the inside of turbo manifolds because if the stuff flakes off it could take out the turbo. If that's the case, then why didn't the salesman explain this when I ordered inside and out. If the salesman forgot to ask then why didn't I get a phone call explaining this after they realized it was a turbo manifold. If this stuff flakes off then why did they do my piston tops, combustion chambers, valves, and exhaust runners? "That wasn't a turbo engine" I was told. I replied, "It's the same damn engine the manifold is going on." So in the end, since I was quoted $315 for inside and out and only half the job was done they are refunding half my money. A lot of hassle could have been avoided if they just communicated with me (like I do with my customers when things don't make sense or I have questions) instead of doing just half and sending it back like I wouldn't notice.
