took the van to a ghetto track in wendover, NV

went to wendover, nevada to play around with some tuning and found out that traction was a dream that woulnd't come true. fastest time was 12.56 no trap speeds cause they dont even give out time slips. but I know I was bouncing off the rev limiter and this transmission is supposed to be good for 118-120mph. that last run when the IC elbow blew, I had a friend lay some VHT down in front of the tires, it hooked like MAD, it would have been the 11's but, oh well. It was fun. I had the fastest thing there till a second gen camaro with a blown big block and nitrous came and beat me. I even beat a c6 corvette that left shortly after I beat his time. LOL :thumbsup:

It is definatly a good place to test n tune, but my gosh.

Hey Corby I'm curious. What kind of posi are you using?

A darrell cox posi, It's custom LOL.. They charge 5 bucks to race at that track and you pretty much get as many runs as you want. I raced about 15 times.First time was on street tires and 11 psi of boost against a c6 corvette and he beat me by half a car LOL.. I beat his time later in the day and he left.
