    New to the board...

Hello all. Im new to the board but been around cars my whole life. First car was a 1983 Dodge Challenger - Mitsu imported for Dodge, 2.6 rwd and 5 speed. Always wanted a fwd turbo dodge but could never find one in my price range back in the day. One popped up on FB the other night and the price was right so I went and snapped it up. It is in fairly decent shape but does need some work. Slight rust in the 1/4s and the fender wells are showing some corrosion. Kid said it did run and drive but had some issues with the brakes. The car came with new hubs, caliper and brake pads. Also came with an extra gauge cluster, 2-3 manuals, extra set of T-tops, 2 extra cranks, radiator and fan, also an extra set of pistons and rods. Its a 1987 Daytona Shelby Z 5 speed.

Didn't 87s come with the 2pc intake? This could be an 88, or just not completely original.

Dont push the red button. You hear me?

It could be a late 87 when they started phasing the two piece out.Nice car, not too bad of a score.
