I personally will never use Allstate again. I had Shelby Lancer #071 insured through them. Had an SUV pull in front of me (also insured by Allstate) and totaled the Shelby. Fought them over 6 months and finally settled with them for more than SIX TIMES what they had initially offered me for it. Then I had to sue them/other driver to have my medical bills taken care of.

Ask DodgeZ and DodgeZDad about the Allstate issues, if they remember! It was a pain in the butt, but DodgeZ helped me out immensely (among others) in getting me a fair settlement.

IIRC, a few members switched carriers from Allstate because of the way they handled my issue/talked to the owners of collectors Shelby's, etc.

I used to have Allstate. If you want a good long fight every time something happens, they are the ticket.
I switched and got insurance through AAA, American Commerce I believe is what I have now.

Needs a little more than I saw before. Looks like they were getting ready to paint it.

Nice pics! I bet you could get a lift-off top panel for that thing made if you were motivated to.

Definitely looks like a project.. but i think i already found the first step: Remove all the bolts from that SuperAirTrapp muffler and throw whatever falls out of it in the trash!!

Dont push the red button. You hear me?

Heard a Supra Targa would work. BUT I want to use a snap on top that can roll or fold up and store in
the car's very little trunk. A real targa top...there is no room in the car for it.

Any one notice the placement of the door handles and that they are caravan handles?

That's cool, it would be sweet if you could get Mosler to autograph it.

wish he would have sold them for these kind of prices back when I called him 10 years ago.He was wanting 20-40k for them. I actually saw these at a dodge lot in Hendersonville for sale back in 1990-91.I many many trips there drooling over them. They actually had a t3 one on the lot available. The t3 one I saw was solid black with a white t2 one sitting beside it. I wanted one for years after that and saw one race at the one lap when volunteered at Road Atlanta (Dodgez was with me),I believe it was a white t2 one.

Johhny. The Ken car was bought by a local women who bought 3 of them and paid asking price. I was told she will be flipping the #1 car and the Ken car and keeping the silver one.

Re: Consulier GTPs up for grabs...

I stopped in at Mosler a year or so ago and looked at these cars. I don't think they were quite serious about selling them at that point, but they were very courteous and showed me around. Warren's son Jacob was running the place. It was pretty cool, they still had the T3 powered car (with a prototype Shelby T3) in the back which Jacob said wasn't for sale. Damn, wish I had known that this 'clearance sale' was going on earlier and could have gotten in on it. Not that I have any place to put another car right now, but oh well. Guess I'll have to pick one up on the secondary market in the future.

Edit: Also while I was down there Jacob said they had molds and a decent numbers of spares for stuff like body parts etc. They actually had a different engine cover on the race cars which ducted air over the stock Mopar intercooler which was kinda cool, very Toyota MR2 aftermarket snorkle-esk. Not sure what the plan is for the molds and spares etc. Hopefully they're be retained/saved by somebody.
