Got mine yesterday. But no studs, bolts, or even torque specs/instructions are included with these?

Your machine shop doing the work should be able to source everything for you. Torque specs would depend on the fastener I believe.

The inner fasteners will be whatever you choose to use, be it the stock bolts, ARP bolts, or ARP studs. The outer fasteners can be sourced from FWD or ARP, however there is no "kit". It is sort of piece-meal. Use the torque specs of the fasteners you choose to use.

The machine shop you go to should be familiar with re-registering main caps as well as align boring and honing main journals. This HAS to be done in order to use these caps. I highly reccommend to have your fasteners before taking the block and the caps to the machine shop.

Blocks that did not come with balance shafts CAN have these installed, however the block must be drilled and tapped for the outer fasteners. I had this done with my Masi. It wasn't cheap, but the block was worth keeping and I didn't want to try to source another block as that would have cost me the same as the machine work at the time.

Call Cindy. She has 2 of my sets and needs to sell them.

If for some reason she ships them to me, then call me and I'll sell them to you.

You are #5 on the list, and we only had 2 extra sets. I am waiting to hear back from the first 2, and then will move down the list if needed

I seriously doubt any of the vendors have these in stock. I would contact Pro-Gram directly. Someone on one of these two forums just ordered a set from them within the last couple weeks. Be prepared, they're not cheap, and the machining and hardware costs will about double your initial investment.
    Good luck,
    Todd

Re: 4 Bolt mains! group buy

I have a set of two jigs made up to drill the block for the 4 bolt mains if your machinist can't figure it out. I believe I used a block that didn't have any balance shaft holes for my Masi 16V engine, so I had 6 holes to drill not just two. Just so you know the spacing is different I believe on the #2 bearing cap vs. the other two.

could you post or PM the contact info for Pro-gram ,..P&T's

I have a set but want two more caps.. or a pair of the old mopar billet caps ..

need somethin' for the end cap locations .. and I know they have to be two bolt .. I don't have an issue with cutting the ends off a pair of program caps if they match the others in the motor ..great .. better than trying to use the old mopar ones I'd think

    Johny,
You actually can use 4-4 bolt main caps. It is only the #5 cap that needs to be a two bolt cap. Here is a picture of another block I put together showing 4 -4 bolt mains. Yeah I haven't seen a set of the billet MP caps come up for sale in a long time. Someone probably has some squirreled away on a project that never saw the light of day.

Do you have a part number for the outside bolts you used?

It takes a few weeks to receive it but ARP does put out a NICE print catalog (for free) with specs and part numbers to help you shop for hardware since our engines do not have enough following for them to have dedicated hardware listings besides the head studs/bolts and rod bolts.
