I was thinking of installing a full size radiator for a TI Spirit into my Spirit R/T in order to to see if it will work with a front mount intercooler. Seems like I've seen this done before but I can't find pics. Anybody been down this road before?

It is my understanding that it will bolt right in. We did some measuring for a Shadow a while back and determined that the 91+ rads will interchange between the shadow, spirit, and acclaim at least. The R/T rad/IC should be a bolt in to the NA or TI cars and vice versa.
2.5"-3.0" pipes should pass down along the frame rails on either side. Just have to move some wiring and enlarge 2 factory holes there to do it.
My friend brought a new '91 Spirit ES radiator over today. Not surprisingly it fit perfectly in place of the R/T's radiator/intercooler assembly. Looks like I'll just use the TIII upper radiator hose and the TI lower radiator hose. Now I gotta order a new fan/shroud assembly from Rock Auto and find a good factory overflow bottle, which I can't seem to find anywhere.
I found the holes you mentioned Jay. The intercooler going into the car is FWDP budget intercooler with the same side I/O, so it looks like that location will work best.
Of course it will fit, think V6 and non turbo,
