car is a 1994 shadow 2.2 tbi (non egr) swapped to a low miles 1994 2.5 tbi (with egr)
the car will not shutdown when you turn the key off, always worked before withe the 2.2 not sure whats happening now, the only way to stall it out is cut off the fuel
did a compression test got
140 70 140 130
didnt go up with oil, is it unlikely for the valves to be sticking or possibly leaking on #2 making it that low ? head was replaced less than 2yrs ago but i think the shop lied to them and put on a used one since they painted it silver, who paints a new reman head before putting it on
