Ok, got the new engine in, used all the same wiring/sensors as before, went to start it up today after finishing it up, and nothing. I'm getting code 11. I'm 99% sure timing is good, and the car ran before being parked a week ago
Tried swapping out another hep and the same thing, dead. Any advice? Thanks

Figured it out, one of the wires was broke coming from the hep, thinking it was the ground (black and blue stripe)
