Sorry, I don't have any '83 service manuals.
Looks like the same setup as the 84 glh had.
.....but ive gotten it. A link in another thread solved the problem.

Sorry man, just saw this. The fuse links are the same i think for the earlier years, probably for the late 80's as well.
