I'm in need of a banjo bolt for the power steering pressure hose for a ZF power steering pump. This would be the stock part for a '91 Spirit R/T, but I'm pretty sure other models equipped with the ZF pump will do.

Jeremy,
I'm sure someone will come up with one for you, but be aware that the early 88 ZF style high pressure hose will bolt right up to this pump and rack. They had a running change in late 88 to the banjo style fitting. There is also a washer that you will need with the banjo bolt.
Todd
Thanks for the info Todd. I was not aware there was an 'early' style.
I had this issue recently. I thought finding a banjo bolt would be no problem. I ended up going to 3 junkyards and found exactly 1 banjo bolt out of all the 88-92 cars I looked at, which were quite a few. You might be better off using the early style hose that Todd suggested.

I think I've determined the difference between early and late ZF pump pressure lines. The early style was made up to Sept 26th 1988 according to NAPA. It shows a pressure line with a flare nut similar to the Saginaw pump setup, but the bends are different near the pump to accommodate the rear output of the ZF pump (Saginaw discharges out the side). The later ZF pump pressure line was made from Sept 27th 1988 and up, and uses a pressure line with a large 'tube' on the pump end, which mates to the ZF pump with a large banjo bolt.
Here is the early ZF pressure line:

And the late ZF pressure line:

Unfortunately I don't have a picture of the banjo bolt, because the two I have are currently installed on vehicles. It appears that all I need to do is either find the banjo bolt, or buy the correct pressure line from NAPA... I would certainly like to find some of these banjo bolts though, because I have four new late ZF pressure lines in the box already.
I'll keep an eye out when I go to the salvage yards. I could post a pic of one if you think it will help.
Yeah if you have a pic that would be great! Make it easy for people to determine if they have one lying around.
Yep that's the one. I did get new washers like the one in the pic with the pressure lines I got from NAPA, so I'm good on those.
Has anyone sourced the washers seperately. I am using something close, but unless you get it perfectly centered during install it will leak.

I ordered a couple banjo style HP lines from Rock Auto. One of the boxes wasn't sealed well and the washer and o-ring was missing. Rock auto just sent me out another line rather than trying to find the correct washer and o-ring. So Vic, you might have your work cut out for you.
So Jeremy, now like you, I have 4 new banjo style hoses sitting in a box.

Dang, I guess these are harder to come by than I thought. I guess I will see if they are still available at the dealership parts counter tomorrow...
Is the neon one the same?

Not sure about the Neon, but maybe somebody else knows?
I did go the dealership parts counter today and found out it is no longer available.
The Neon one is longer and won't work.

Jeremy I have one for you, friend just grabbed it at the j-yard for me this evening.
Right on Jay, thanks for keeping an eye out for one. It's difficult for me to hit the j'yards around here anymore because most of them won't even let customers in their yards anymore thanks to insurance companies.
I'll send a PM.
PM replied.
I got the banjo bolt today, thanks Jay.
If anybody else has one lying around I would love to find 1-2 more.
