    Coolant temp. gauge

Okay I just installed some Sunpro (yes, I know, crap, but it works) gauges. My oil feed was easy, just right from the front of the sending unit.

But with the coolant temp. gauge. I heard many people have a problem getting that plug off the top of the thermostat. I've even had a problem with it on another head. Could I maybe use the sensor for the stock gauge between the #1 and #2 cylinder? Or that one also used to give the computer feedback? I thought the coolant temp sensor that's on the side of the thermostat gives the computer feedback.

Also, when installing it, how do I seal it? I know there's a special part that the copper wire slides through, making the system sealed.

The one wire sensor on the head itself between 1 and 2 is for your dash gauge. You could get rid of it if you wanted to.
