Getting redirected to another site on first attempt

Is anyone else have a problem accessing this website recently? Via Google search when I type in turbo mopar and then click on the main link I get redirected to some other site. It only happens the first time I try on a given day. Then, if I close Internet Explorer and repeat the procedure, it goes through correctly. This just started about a week ago. I only have a problem with the Turbo Mopar website.

Others are having that issue also. I type "mop" in the address bar and the auto complete sorts me out.

Its rediculous how hard it is to download pc apps these days. I have a hard time distiguishing between the real download links and the fake links in the paid banners. I can't imagine being a web newb and trying to figure it out. They will inevitably click on the wrong thing.. and get some malware or something.

Also, don't forget that your ISP via DNS can reroute. I have yet to see that or browser search redirects not be the problem. Let me know when and how you see it again... http://www.turbo-mopar.com versus http://turbo-mopar.com versus turbo-mopar.com. Also attempt to do it after or even before you do a Start>Run>"ipconfig /flushdns"

    Thanks,

That sucks that ISPs do that. You can bypass your ISP if they are having DNS issues:

I've had to do this at my aunts house when their ISP wouldn't admit they were having DNS problems. I tried the opendns server IP and it worked fine.

The Google DNS is an excellent service and OpenDNS is a good way to setup both managed and unmanaged parental blocks at the router level.
