More TII conversion problems

Okay guys, so I converted my 85 GTS to TII spec. Got it all together but I can't get it to run right. At first I wasn't making power when under a load (going uphill). Then I redid the ignition timing, unhooked Coolant Temp sensor and set the timing to 12. Took it on a test and it seemed to drive better. When I gave it gas though it didn't do much. I don't have the kickdown cable hooked up, so I dropped it first and gave it some gas. Went up to 3000 rpms and seemed like I hit boost cut out. When I hit 3k rpms, engine cut out, took my foot off the gas and the car came back to idle.

I've checked timing many many times, so I'm starting to think it may be something else. I was thinking it may be a fuel related problem?? Idk any help would be nice. This TII conversion is taking too long!

3000 RPM cut out is often TPS related.

...wow that's what my buddy said and I told him it shouldn't be the tps. I figured if it was the tps, it would have trouble at idle.

Does it idle okay when coming to a stop...if not it could also be sds...

Yes it seems to idle fine when it comes to a stop.
Whats sds stand for?

Thanks guys. Someone one the forums had a similar problem and they disconnected the electrical connector until they got a new one. Can someone please tell me where the sensor so I can check if this is the problem?
Also, is there a way to check the TPS? I was just gonna go to the JY and get one off a another car.

Reply it is located on the Trans axle under the car. It is by the output for the passenger axle

It MIGHT be fuel, I doubt it. If its cutting out has to do with boost, map sensor, tps maybe even sds(as stated). The first two you can check with voltage meter. Converting to T2 involved moving some wires, dbl check them and ensure no pins backed out in the lm sockets. How does act at idle and cruising?
