So how much total timing at WOT are you running? You finally check into that?

Is it audible knock? Like can you actually hear it? Or is the CEL flashing? My knock sensor doesn't work. I want it that way. I got so tired of getting false knock CEL flashing when ever it wanted that I put a non working sensor in it.

I havent had any knock for a while but if I raise my timing or add boost I get Audible knock. 18-20 psi is where I am right now.

Ive chosen to just leave it this way until I get around to swapping to my 50 trim and a better intake.

According to the Cal file you posted this is not correct did you read Shelgame's post?

here is a screenshot of YOUR cal that shows you have more than 1* of timing in boost.

I read his post, I was going off the colorful 3d graph which apparently isn't very accurate. So yes I was wrong but where I am running over a degree of timing I have no problems with knock, its only when I go over 18psi (which is always 1 degree in my rpm range) that I see knock.

You probably have the problem i have, running out of octane. I think guys that run more boost either have it run richer or have higher octane fuel.

18-20 is about the useful limit of 93 octane on a stock 2.5 IMO.
