Still need a flash cable or another stock 90-91 SBEC to make it run, as well as install the cruise vacuum reservoir, add coolant and finish filling the trans. Then it should be test driveable!
Would a stock SMEC from a 1991 or 1992 Caravan 3.0L be any help??

    Thanks

91 yes, 92 no. 92-up is SBEC II and has a couple different wires, mainly due to sequential fire instead of batch fire. I got in touch with Shelgame last night and he says he's able to make cables again so that should take care of the tune. Wouldn't mind having a spare computer though...

If that's the biggest one they make, like 30,000 gvw model, then i have the same one on Mini. So far, works great! I added a trans temperature gauge as well.

Ok cool, mine is a long way from being back on the road. When I first bought it I had to fix a leak going to the external cooler it has now, and it looked pretty ragged.

I just use an alligator clip test lead to the battery when flashing.
But have a switch wired is convenient.
