Paid off the trans and picked it up today! Hopefully it holds up good Those guys are some of the best around. Got all the basic upgrades: late-model planetaries, new solenoid pack, high friction clutches, Sonnax pistons and what not. New converter also. Will be running ATF+4 in it and an aftermarket cooler, bypassing the radiator altogether.

No, it was all included. It's not a bad deal, just the most Ive ever spent on one piece for any of my cars. It's nearly as much as I paid for the whole car lol.

Yeah but there's no cal programmed into the flashable SBEC, so I have to buy the cable and flash the stock cal into it again. Everything is basically back to stock again now except for the exhaust, underdrive pulley, and flashable SBEC. I'll start from there, then start adding things back on, like the headers, cams, nitrous etc and see what each one adds. I have a line on a 12v Diamante engine also that I'm going to try and get to drop in later, since they have higher compression.

Finished replacing the engine wiring yesterday. Got the radiator sitting in the car, but noticed something funny about the water pipe that runs under the intake when I tried to put the lower hose on, so I'll be pulling the intake to fix that.

I have forgotten to call rob loyd 3 weeks In an a row now during his business hours. This time I had an alarm but set it for PM. All I really want bare minimum is a sbecii rev limiter bump
Very good to fix the sketchy coolant crossover now! Would be a huge buzz kill if you ignored it. We all hate that thing. I bought bought a bunch of new ones after fighting a a pipe that had almost no material left to sand alway to make seal

So, I tore the intake off, cleaned up the valley and heads, replaced the pipe with a nicer one. Also found a nice injector harness among my stash of harnesses, so I installed that along with a set of stock white low-impedence injectors. And reinstalled everything.

Tonight I got the trans cooler mounted. Not much left except for a few hoses and clamps, and fluids!

Got most of the last pieces gathered up yesterday, except a large butt connector for the starter wire (replaced the end of it). May go work on it for a bit this morning.

Damn, I've owned this car for 3 years already!

Got it almost completely back together, even got cruise back on it! Kinda trying to thrash it back into running order and take it to SDAC this year. Still need a flash cable or another stock 90-91 SBEC to make it run, as well as install the cruise vacuum reservoir, add coolant and finish filling the trans. Then it should be test driveable!

What tranny cooler did you go with? I know I'll need one for my Daytona at some point.
