    thanks for the write up. now to find some rear 2g neon coil overs.

    while you are helping people.

    same every dimension as stock van. but 2 inches shorter. and features a coil over set up factory.

    I am thinking of removing 2 spring leafs and installing these.

    see if i can drop the rear. keep the travel. and keep the load carrying

    one thing about oil pan clearance

    if you find your ride on the back of a wheel lift tow truck make sure the driver puts lots of extra lift on the car

    a stock ride height shelby z will bounce the oil pan off the cross beam of a typical wheel lift boom

    this puts a really nice crease across the bottom of the pan - bad enough it could affect the oil pick up inside the pan too

    I can only imagine the destruction possiable on a radically lowered car

    raiseing the lift of the truck will rotate the cross beam down away from the oil pan - the higher the car goes up the better the clearance will get

    Yeah my oil pan is really low. 2.5 balance shaft pan on an L body with coilovers. Worried about hitting objects in the road.
