    There is a pbody down here in the local yard I plan on pulling the pedal setup this weekend. Has a 523 with the 377 gear u want. I'm unsure if you want to travel or what not. And I might take it I'm unsure.

    Yeah brandon I'm definitely interested depending on how much the yard wants for the trans. Can you find out and let me know?

    Also, would you or anyone happen to know if the shifter and cables from an A543 daytona would be the same? V6 daytona's are way more common in junkyards so if the cables are the same that would be great.

    Yes they are the same. I would look for any 90+ G or J body cables. You will need the G-J crossover cable but you can get away with the A-P selector cable and there are many more Ps out there with a 5spd

    Excellent, thanks for the info. I typically find a lot of V6's around here, and 5 speed V6 daytona's are more common than an auto V6 here.

    Changing this to needing a small spline 90' A523 tranny because I got a great deal on a TU clutch that I couldn't pass up but it's a small spline disk.
