setting Rev Limiter in LM

It only reads small numbers on the setting in MPTune. like 17.xx how can i translate that into a RPM reading?

Divide 30,000,000 by the RPM you want to set the limiter to.

No, the rev limiter value is in inverse RPM. That's why there's no units. They're meaningless.
