Have had for a year, in which i have given it:
Heat/sound barrier installed in cargo area, 3" exhaust, shorty intake, UD pulley, 52mm throttle body, Lancer wheels, and tune -up. Kenwood radio and new Alpines in dash.
You may want to:
Needs gaskets replaced (valve covers/oil pan), weld patch panel on driver's side under body rocker (cosmetic), paint. Smokes a little at extended idle, clears up soon as you drive. I would and have driven this everywhere, you will see between 20-25 mpg.
Just bought an SRT-4, have to make room for higher insurance.

Will be listing in CL soon as a contractor's hauler, and I know 1st hand it will disappear 1st week there.. hope one of ours gets it before then

I don't have any others, short of spending $$ on swapping over the crabs off the white Shelby, then tire swapping too

Gotcha. Well you might be able to find a local TMer to do a swap+cash if you decide to sell it as a work van. Or just say F it and let it go, heh.

If i had a suitable trailer to cut up id like to take your van and turn it into one of those car haulers. I have a pic or two but i have to dig through my photobucket.
