I was just starting to work on my lancer today, and started to fix the vacuum lines, when I noticed that the wastegate can has two ports. I have 2 questions: 1. Can I run the stock boost control solenoid set up with this wastegate can? 2. If so which port do I use?

yes you can, and you use the port farthest from the exhaust side. Just leave the other port open.
