Drive/deliver the Shadow 11 hours one way to Indy only to maybe receive lower than asking price offer? Thanks, but I've already received plenty of low offers that didn't involve delivering vehicle too. Came to conclusion a long time ago that no one comes to SDAC to buy a car. Thanks for the bump though.
Todd
If I don't buy a car by then I will have CASH in hand for the right car....going there for fun and drags 1st, buy a car next. Another thing is that if a car was driven there it would set my mind to ease as it being reliable...not saying your SUPER nice car isn't though. Id never suggest driving a car that distance on a chance that it is bought and not for the event itself. Good luck.

Spring bump. Back in garage after another year of winter hibernation. Willing to sell vehicle w/o 16" OZ wheels and tires. Just ordered/received another set of window weatherstrips to fix the crack prone stockers. Not installed yet. Just did this last summer on my CSX-T. Turned out great!
Todd
Trade you this and some cash...

Huh. :screwy:
Thought Todd said "no trades."???
But Angelo, maybe if you sweetened the pot a little bit, like throwing in a used and slightly leaky aquarium and some old bicycle tires, he just might jump on it!
Still think you got a super nice car there Todd!

I've never had an aquarium, but I do have a set of racing rims that have junk sew up tires on them from back when I used to race bicycles in 1971-1978. The set has Hi-E Engineering sealed bearing hubs from Memphis, TN...front has radial spokes and a small flange while the rear has radial spokes on the non geared side and cross three on the geared side. Mavic rims on both. I recon I could throw in a brand new Schwinn aluminum frame set too. I bought the new bike only so I could use its rims/tires/tubes/8 speed cluster/seat to upgrade my 43 year old bike. I cant believe how much more comfortable it is to ride with 700mm tires and rims that have non radial spokes!

Forgot to mention that the old rear hub from Hi E has a small flange on the non geared side and large flange on the geared side!

Angelo,
Not looking for trades. See post #1. Trying to lose cars, not change color of cars. I have no clue what your talking about in second sentence or entire last post? Trying to sell a pretty nice vehicle here, so if you can help it, please refrain from muddying up this thread anymore with unnecessary banter.
Todd
Sorry about that...the second line I was responding to another persons post of asking if I ever saw the movie Tropic thunder, then I was told that I should throw in an aquarium and bike.
BUMP for a dang nice looking car. For the SDAC23 car show I brought a 96 BMW M3 that I had just bought...sold it, then bought the Monza and Z28.
I know what you mean by trying to thin out the heard...I now have four cars and the wife has one.

Beautiful car Todd. I can hardly believe you are willing to let this one go. For the P-body fan out there, this example has to be one of the best you can get for a good price to boot.
In the near future plans are to have all performance parts removed (wheels, tires, real s-60 turbo, 523 w/OBX, Cummins intercooler, ported exhaust manifold, AFPR, etc.) and brought back to pretty much dead stock. It will then be sold locally. So, if you are interested in car with performance parts reply quickly, as they will be removed shortly. Added more interior pics in post #1.
Todd
I had a great time the year I had 'my own car' the IROC RT at SDAC I had considered the same type of arrangement this year but two things stop me, Butch my 'driver' has a real job fixng Vipers now and even without him, once I get it home, it would have to live outside As much as I wanted that color in 88 while I was still driving my plain Jane black 87 Shadow ES. I just cant make it work in space poor Orange County
