I am thinking of using a super 50 trim wheel in a T3 (stock) housing. I know this generates a lot of heat, but does it move more air than a super 70 Grand National wheel? I have a three-core cooler to deal with extra heat. Opinions?

I think it does, but you do realize that the T3 cover/housing has to be milled to make it fit over the Super50 wheel? It is still not recommend really IMHO... they are blazing hot... I have one. I would definently go thru the trouble of a T04E housing.

To use the hybrid I have to weld an elbow on the discharge side of the compressor and get a different actuator bracket right? Is that all? Is the stg. 2 turbine wheel about right with the super 50 comp wheel?
Yes and Yes, and yes it is worth it.
