I just picked up a huge lot of P-Body parts locally, including an original NOS P-Body "Turbo Bump" hood still in the box. I wanted to know if this hood will fit my 1987 CSX. The original part number on the box is 05255227. If it doesn't fit, I'll probably put it up for sale. Can anyone help?
5255227 89-90 / ES pkg from a Mitchell crash book
Look at the front lip of the hood. 87-88 style has a dip in the middle between headlamps while 89+ has a straight front lip. 91+ same as 89-90 but may have different hood latch?

I just noticed the differences in the front edges in some pictures I just looked at. Since my stock CSX hood is in good shape, I guess I can let this one go. It's too bad, because it's in perfect NOS condition, in the box with bubble wrap and everything. Hopefully someone needs it.
