Ok, so I replaced both of my battery cables yesterday, and when I hooked everything back up, everything seemed to be running fine -- except for my CD player.
My right speakers both front and back don't work. Now I thought it might be my head unit, but after fiddling around with it and even going as far as hooking up the known good channel (left) to the right channel wires, the right speakers don't work.
What possibly could be the issue?
Delete. Found it.

I got frustrated and took off the passenger door panel and undid my rear speaker setup and somehow the negative wires on both right speakers were disconnected. Don't ask me how that happened, because they both worked before I tore into the battery cable replacement....
