OK. Does it appear to have less angle at the Turbo flange than the ATP one? Or do you figure they are about the same?
Any thoughts on something like this:

Of course like most of that stuff you might need to go through and touch up some welds.
I guess with the L body you really need something as compact as possible.

JT (BadAssPerformance) is having good luck so far with an OBX branded tubular header of that design. I don't know how it would fit in the Lbody tho. But I know a nice compact cast manifold is good enough for my power goals, so I'll be sticking with that for now. Either this one or the Mexican Stratus manifold. I have both.

But you will be beyond the range of the stock manifold and Turbo options?
I guess with the cost of that GSP manifold, it doesn't make sense to keep the sticker anyway.
I'm following because I really would like to have a hopped up 2.4T one day, but probably in something RWD.

By stock manifold, do you mean the stock type 2.4 Srt/PT turbofold? Yes. Upgrades for those are expensive, and becomming rare. Plus there is a soft ceiling around 300-320hp for stockers. Yes, people have gone beyond that, but at rediculous trouble, only to be stuck with a proprietary turbo configuration with a strange reversed rotation turbocharger for which upgrade parts are hard to find. In fact i read that FM has discontinued their stock-type turbo upgrade offerings because the compressor wheels they were using can no longer be found for a reasonable cost. I have one, and if it ever fails, i guess I will have to go with a conventional turbo and aftermarket manifold.
So I would say if your goals are 300 or less, the stock-type upgrades are viable, especially considering it's a true bolt-on with no fab. That's if you can find one.
Beyond that, it's not cost effective when you have vendors charging $500-900 for modified stock type exhaust manifolds with external wastegates and stuff welded on. It makes no sense to me when you can bolt on a t3/t4 hybrid for less money and get an easy 400+whp.

Not to mention, most SRT-4 owners report getting better fuel mileage with getting rid of the turbofold and going to a hybrid setup. A lot of guys complained about constantly being in boost on the highway.
My SRT4 has an E1 from FM in it. Best fuel mileage to date is 35.19, but 60mph is torture. :-)

Yours doesn't count, it has "Menegon Magic".
Good info!
I did not know that about the turbofold upgrades.
I only briefly looked at upgrades when I first got my PT GT, and found the ATP manifold. Good to see there are even cheaper options.
I already have 3 aging turbocars that parts are getting slim.... I wouldn't want to work myself into a corner with the newer build.

If money weren't so tight, I would probably opt for the Treadstone manifold. I just love stainless.

Back to debating engine management. BS3 vs MS3. Making decisions like this is my least favorite part of a project.

I'd like to talk to you about that this weekend if we get a chance. I want to get something besides stock too and I have been thinking of of going with a MS3.

Ya, there's allot of BS to go through.
Info about BigStuff seems to be pretty scarce.
Questions I have about BigStuff:
Can you configure it to run OE style sensors and coils?
Is there any way to add knock feedback?
