So I am over hauling my brakes and I ordered new calipers from my local advancedauto and I didnt think about asking and they didnt either but when I picked the calipers up today they had 2 pins instead of my stock 1 pin. I looked at the pads and the were too. Will I be able to make this work or need to return them???
I believe you'll need to return them.
Return them and ask for the 1 pin calipers.
If it's for a GLHT, you need to tell them it's for a Shelby Charger.
Found that out years ago when I ordered brake pads. the computer tells them to use regular Omni brake
parts.
Both styles were offered for the GLHT. I have two 1985 GLHTs one has the 1 pin calipers, the other has the 2 pin.
