On another note, we're already into page 2 with less than 24 hours of this thread opening and there's still 5 months + to go!
It's a little early to tell, but I may need to divert the money set aside for vacation to put into the car this year.

Hmmm.. My sister lives in Indianapolis, free place to stay and an extra excuse to go! Only about a 9 hour drive from here, I might have to make this my first SDAC!

I will be there for sure!!!! After being into the old mopars for years, last year opened my eyes to a bunch of better people and fans of cool cars!!! I will be bring back my 1989 Shelby Dakota and my new additon a totally restored 1989 Shelby CSX I just finished love these cars and trucks.....

Well, considering I wasn't even second last year the competition is obviously getting stiff. The next stage in my build is going to cost some $$ and take me some time so I have my doubts I'll be driving it by that time or possibly even all of this coming year. But don't worry, I'll still smack talk my heart out and eat a well balanced meal every morning.
That would be sweet! I don't know that my car will ever be "driving" to SDAC again but you are always welcome in the new comfier air conditioned leather seat. There is a good chance I will be flying this year and I've thought about making it a drive one year, fly the next event. Driving usually turns it into a north of $1000 trip with the price of fuel. Flying on aeroplan miles is $150. Regardless it looks like there are a few more westerners that have now become addicted to SDAC so you still always have a room at my place if you want to make it a haul.
