The rust was starting to get to bad.

I sold The 90 to Rich and when I bought it back it was just NOT feasible to save HOLATTA.



So I did what I could to let him live on through my other Mini Vans

I have 3 of them at this time.

I saw this Mini in the lot at the U the other day and thought it was a pretty cool current gen CV. I was wondering what tasks they use it for so I had a look in the window, hmm, passenger seat removed, strange receiving hooks in the floor? ACKK! It the Corpse Cruiser

Those don't come with seats. I've looked at getting one. They are the commercial van.

Now that MeanMini is home, I figured it past time I should post.

I cut the new grille exactly like Gus had cut the orginal one. It allows a bit more airflow. (I bought 2 from Rock Auto, so i do have a spare uncut one if i want to switch later.)
A/C is going back on. Have all the parts, just need to replace alt bracket bushings first. Going with the '93 style R134a compressor.

Brian's work on that exhaust was worth every penny!

I was going for some RPM reduction on highway and some plushness around town so Woody got a new set of General Altimax 225/70/15 (like $78. ea) Tire store guy didn't think they were gonna fit but they do-mostly. They of course hit the trans cover on hard right turns and they are like 5mm from the rear leafs on the inside. E Brake cables had to be tied over and inch or so. The result is the ride is like "A portable couch" (my son came up with that one) soft and butter smooth and 75MPH is 3100 RPM's Mission accomplished

What are they, about 26.5" tall?

Since this thread is all about mini's I'll ask a question here i never heard an answer to.
Does the side glass from the 91-94 vans interchange with the 89-90? I know the hatch glass is different, just talking the middle and rear short wheelbase models.

Yes it's the same, although the latch mechanisms themselves got nicer on the 2nd gens.

Good to know! Thanks. I suspectef so when i pulled up next to one. But i really need the dark charcoal privacy glass to match the replaced hatch glass.
