Nice surface rust and peeling paint.

That looks pretty nice.
I thought the '90 got the different brake cable routing?
At least that 1990 parts van I bought does.

What ball joints should I order for my minivan. I have a K frame out of a 94 or 95 (I forget which year) 2nd gen van complete with control arms. I have some knuckles which are the later style with the bolt in hubs which I plan on putting 11" brakes on. Any advice? What struts and shocks are out there which would be good to use? Joy has been driving this thing all over the place, so I would like to do the upgrades all at once if possible.
As an FYI, I did a test with the later style knuckles, and the K frame I picked up from the yard. The ball joint slides into the knuckle with no issues and the pinch bolt from the K frame goes right into the hole in the knuckle too. Looks like I'll be able to order up ball joints for the later van and use the R/T style knuckles which must be pretty much the same as the van knuckles. That will give me the later big brakes with 11" disks. Good times.
I converted my '88 van to the '95 k-member. I used the van knuckle, car bearing/hub assembly, and R/T rotors so I could use the smaller lug pattern rims but have big brakes. I just did ball joints in mine. I used Moog. Also If you plan on doing control arm bushings you should get the polybushings from Johnny. He doesn't list them for the van so just get the car ones from the same year span. I couldn't find aftermarket control arm bushings to fit the control arms snug. Johnny's were the only ones to fit the control arms tight. As far as struts I use KYBs. I think the only ones that are available is the gas-adjust. I like the ride they provide.
Thanks for all of that info. I'll be making some purchases based off of this for sure. Thanks again.
A few of you guys here are probably already familiar with my 1989 Voyager but for those that aren’t here it is. Nearing the 200k mark but totally rust free. Tired and sluggish A413.
Current performance mods are:
MBC set to 14psi
Intercooler from a Daytona
Electric exhaust cutout
255 fuel pump
Hoping to do some upgrades in the near future.
Looks. Great!
White with red is one of my favorites on the van.
Do you have plans to reinstall A/C?

Awesome van. Thanks for posting.
Mini and MINI
Is there one type of heater bypass valve which holds up better than the rest? It looks like the 4 seasons unit, and the Murray unit are the same. I put one in our Voyager last year, and it's already leaking. I'm open to ideas.
