I am planning on replacing my valve seals this weekend. Should I be using the regular umbrella type, or the positive type?
Positive type, I haven't heard of anybody having problems with them. I've had trouble with the umbrella type not staying seated on the valve guide. It's Pretty annoying.
What engine? If the 8 valve, you can only get one type and they work just fine.
