Description: I am looking for a TM in the Florida/Georgia area. Car is going to be for my 16yr old brother. He loved my old '91 C/S Daytona back in the day, so I'm trying to find him something as well. Have around $4k to spend, let me know what you guys have!

Obviously a highly-modded car is not an ideal choice for a young driver, but I'm open to small mods, especially those that will help with reliability.
