Ok for real this time. Friend of mine didn't take the car.I really don't have time for this car and it still needs a few things. I already have a nice 8v Omni and I'm working on a buddies. So again, I have no time.
so it's back up for sale again. This car will be a BAMF when done. its damn near complete.
About the car.
89 2.5L block, Forged venolia pistons from FWD performance, Crank stock turned .01 .01, rods resized on both ends and balanced, ARP rod studs, ARP head studs, Block machined to fit the stratus head, block decked (maybe.005") balance shafts removed. New everything. I replaced one bad piston with a brand new venolia. So it's good to go.
Head; DOHC from 99 stratus 2.4L. machined to fit the 2.5L block, cnc ported intake and exhaust ports, backcut valves, valve job, 3 oil return port.
Custom Adjustable cam gears up to 8 deg. Stock 99 stratus cams.
New mls head gasket.
Header is a custom stainless unit with a t3 flange on it. Very nice piece.
Turbo is a Holset HX35. Needs a wastegate setup. Factory one wouldnt work. Comes with the v band adapter and I also have the donut piece with the exhaust flange!
(if you don't want the turbo I'll knock off 300 of the asking price)
Intake manifold is stratus runners with an oxygen bottle welded on along with a 52mm tb.
#85 injectors.
Adjustable fuel pressure regulator.
Custom fuel rail
All AN fittings under the hood
255 intank fuel pump
Big fmic
Hybrid magnacore wires
I have all the oil lines and fittings.
Trans is a stock 89' A555 with 3.85 gear. No grinds. No noise. Shifts great. 5w30 oil always
90 model Omni auto axles. (one long, one short) good shape
Clutch is a t2/t3 unit with HD throw out bearing.
Minivan front brakes
Stock rear drums
No brake spliter cable
Custom 15 inch wheels (I think the name brand is QT?)
Ok tires. Will need some soon
Newer wheel bearings up front. (about a year old)
Pretty nice interior. Entire interior is from a very low miles 88 Omni. All grey. Carpet could use cleaning. Seats in good shape. No Rips. No cracks in dash.
It still needs:
A radiator (I have a glht one for it not sure if it will work with the hybrid setup) edit it does fit with new manifold
Intake and exhaust manifold gaskets.
Exhaust manifold studs.
Turbo To exhaust manifold studs
May need another intake manifold or modify the current one. (i have a different manifold that works.)
Little wiring. (I was in the process of installing a newer better shape alternator harness.)
Seat belts ( I took em out to put in my other Omni. Sorry)
Seat brackets ( again. Took em out to put in my other Omni. It comes with seats. Just no brackets/sliders)
If I think of anything else it needs I'll update it. Everything is installed in the car. All the hard stuff is done.

1000 FIRM us dollars I think is a dam good deal. There is over half that in the motor itself. bring a trailer and a friend. need this gone to make room for my Biscayne. Thanks.
