I'm putting my struts back together after adding Koni inserts and had a couple of questions;
1. The springs got moved around after disassembly and the side designation is not legible. One spring has about 1/3rd more of a coil, giving it a slightly higher rate. Is this for the right side to compensate for the weight of the engine or is it for the left side for the driver?
2. Does the top hat notch have to be exactly straddling the wings of the knuckle mount or can it be off a few degrees (5 degrees max). Unloading the spring makes it rotate slightly.
3. Anybody running the "C" body lower spring isolator. Is it too mushy or does it help smooth out, hard pothole hits, without destroying handling?
