Post up your Pump Efficiency Table!!

I had to adjust the pump efficiency table for my car so maintain 11.5:1 air fuel ratio throughout the RPM range. Post yours!

Blue is mine now, green is from T-SMEC_22_MTX_A553_Stock

geez what are you running a 16v head? when i did adjust the pump eff table, its never made a difference. ever. ive always adjusted the fuel table and run the pump eff table where it sits stock. i dont touch timing either. last time i adjusted timing to what some say was "stock" in boost, i blew chit up. tune i use now is a 87 mopar stage 2 tune mtx 2.2 scaled for 3 bar and +40's. running 20psi on a s60 turbo no knock. 91 octane. 11:3afr past 10psi of boost. 17:5 afr idle. 15:0-15:5 cruising. the afr line (little yellow line) in the fuel maps is pretty close to what it reads on the wideband. so i tune it with the actual fuel maps.

if you can ever get a log of your wideband that includes afr, rpm and vacuum/boost - i'ld really like to see it (along with the cal u use).

I don't log. Lol. But I do know I set the afr line on 11:0 for wot and set my wot fuel table on it and it was 11:0 out the box. Thats pretty close to me. I turned my fuel pressure down 1psi and its 11:3 afr now. Gets a little richer like 10:9 at 5800rpm. I shift at 6000. The cal is lm v13 and it's the 87 mp stage 2 2.2 mtx tune that's on it. I haven't touched anything in the tune except turned the overboost off, 3 bar, 40's, leaned the idle up a little, adjusted wot fuel to match the afr line and flash cel mod. That's it.

If you're running a stock (or near stock) head, cam, intake, you wouldn't need to touch the PEFTBL...

Taft stage 2 cam stock swirl head and a ported exhaust manifold. So it makes since. But I had a ported head on my other setup and never touched the pump eff table.

Sounds like you can get a little more power by leaning it out just a bit at that RPM by using the Pump Efficiency table.

The car with the posted pump efficiency table is a CSX with a Forward Motion E3 port head, Forward Motion modified turbo, etc. It ran 99.7 MPH at 13psi, full trim with working a/c and spare tire. 1/4 mile calculator says it's making around 220-240HP at the crank.

I'm assuming move the point closest to where the rich/lean condition? I might give it a whirl.

Yeap. I may try it myself, mine gets a bit richer up top too, around 5k. Actually mine starts out rich, leans out to around 11.1-11.2, then goes back rich again I need to setup datalogging on the WBO2 but my laptop battery is killed again and haven't had money to fix it yet.

Have to adjust my table again so the top end is 11.5:1 instead of 12:1.

    It's perfect now.

Great info, What was the afr before the changes?

I'am not sure if moving the line up or down will bring the afr up or down.

Iirc moving the line up is making it richer. Moving down is leaner.
